Product Description
1. Vertical insulating glass automatic flat press production line
TLBW2500PB-06
Adopt PLC control the working condition, this production line can produce Low-e glass, double glazing , triple glazing and step glazing.Which include 6 sections, that is feeding section., washing and drying section, storage section, light inspection section and spacer bar put section, press section ,output section.
Feeding section(as aboved pic):
1) . The glass panels are made of high density board which can resist the moisture.
The transmission wheels are made of polyurethane which can resist abrasion and corrosion. And
the transmission wheels can be used with both sides. So it can save the material cost.
2). There is one low-e coating checking system, if you put glass on the wrong side, it will give an
alarm.
Washing and drying section:
1). This section is made of stainless steel which can avoid rust and prolong the machine.service life . (you can choose your favorite color)
2).Three pairs of brushes high temperature nylons, they are soft and can avoid scratching. (glasses Diameter 0.1mm nylon High temperature brushe)
3). At the bottom, Two layers steel plate and Sweden SKF oil-free lubrication water-proof bearings are adopted and avoid second pollution
4). On the back, the water tank is equipped with water heating device and water filtering system, guarantee the temperature and cleanness.
5) . The air knife is designed rhombic shape and produced by CNC bending, so it can be strength the motivity of the wind and make the drying effect obtain the bestThree separate water tank to wash glass to ensure washing quality.
. the blower with heating device can produce circulating hot air which make drying effect reach best condition. Besides, all bearing foundations in the washing section are made of copper, aluminum or stainless steel which can resist rust and anti-oxidation.
7). Light inspection section
12 pieces positioning bar to make sure spacer bar put with high precise assembling and pressing section.
At this section, all the data will be inputted into interface screen in advance.
our press board can be open 450mm for maintenance. We choose ball screw to drive press with high precision.
Synchronous belt drives the ball screw not hydraulic station.it is more stable,especially produce bigger double glazing and step glazing.

2. TWL2500-31 Insulating Glass Automatic Sealing Line
1 this sealing line is divided into 3 parts and seal double glazing and triple glazing
2 can keep insulating glass automatic continuously sealing, sealing with high efficiency
3 single sealant supply system can seal silicone or polysulfide sealant)
4 adopted YASKAWA servo control system, motion controller and controller card, performance is stable, besides we adopt 6 axis servo motor,6 drives to make machine run with high precise.
5 glue nozzle can seal the middle of the spacer bar to make seal even and full 6 pecise adjustment for the mixing ratio of the sealant.
7 can measure the depth of extruding sealant and then adjust sealing speed
8 measure insulating glass thickness automatically and then adjust belt V position to make sure working height
9 photoelectric can scan the glass size automatically
Measuring depth of sealant device spatula 8spatula is used to trim the corner and guarantee the glue more smooth
V- belts(each V belt part is separate, it is easy to change when one belt wear) 9 belt type can be adjusted according to the glass thickness

3, Automatic BUTYL EXTRUDER TWL2000
This machine is designed combining domestic and foreign advanced technology. So the performance and function is reliable. Besides, gluing effect is good. it is indispensable equipment for whole processing.
Main Specification and character:

4. Auto spacer bar bending machine TLWJ01
